  Hands down the worst doctors surgery i have ever had to deal with. The reception staff need to be trained in basic communication and how to be anything other than RUDE. They need to remember they are NOT doctors or even nurses hahahha they are receptionists (barely, as they can’t even do their job right) and need to come down off their high horses. You can be ringing from 8am to only get through at 8.55am and already there’s no appointments. I know the NHS is stresssed but come on? They let the phone ring and ring and ring carrying on with their conversations with eachother i’ve seen them do this many times with my own eyes. Then to top it off when you fight weeks for an appointment and finally get one, the “PROFESSIONAL DOCTOR” shrugs you off, because their days are hectic..?! The doctors really don’t care about the patients and act like they’re just a burden with the eye rolling, blank staring at you etc. Fix up Sutherland Lodge you’ve gone far too downhill to carry on this way it’s a slippery slope ! Get some new reception staff for a start or you will end up getting sued or completely shut down ! Ta !
